Abstract

This paper analyzes some of the issues related to the State-owned companies. It addresses the problems of the mixed public-private companies as well as those of the State-owned companies which provide public services, in relation to its publification. In addition it particularly focuses on the matter of the duties and liability of the State-owned companies’ directors after the Act 40/2015, of 1 October on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
