Abstract

Informed consent in recent times is becoming increasingly more important in the daily practice of health administration. Adequately provide such consent excludes potential liabilities they may incur health professionals. The demarcation criteria that form the correct reception of the consent have come from the hand of the law, as the case mix in this area has been very extensive. The information to be provided to the patient varies depending on the type of action on the patient's health is practiced. This makes it necessary to distinguish in this respect between satisfativa medicine which is a medicine commonly called necessary. On this basis any compensation can reach up to moral damages.
