Zusammenfassung

The main objective of this essay is to promote a suitable initial training for Art Education professionals, principally based on appropriated educational use of Cultural Heritage. Giving to future teachers effective and successful work tools that contribute to a much better understanding and appreciation of Arts. In the same way, this work aims to foster the practice of Heritage as a valid resource towards a creative, inclusive and critical education. A secondary objective is to encourage teacher awareness about benefits of Cultural Heritage as an educational instrument, through out an efficient training that endorses pedagogical designing Art fields. Moreover, it points out adaptation of certain curriculum content based on student cultural heritage interests. At the same time, this work identifies positive student conducts towards appreciation and respect of Art and Cultural Heritage This project was based on a creative research workshop elaborated by groups of future teachers, looking for integration between theory and practice and the design of new learning units. Some of them were developed on the base of art pieces and others heritage sites. Thus, different creative and suggestive teaching units were generated.
