Abstract
The paper aims to offer an example of Arcipreste de Hita’s accuracy, when using the juridical vocabulary. We study the term furto in the «Fábula del lobo y la raposa» of the Libro de Buen Amor, where it can be appreciated that its author was a jurist. In any case, it seems that the juridical knowledge of Juan Ruiz remains undisputable.
