Resumo

The objective of this research is to evaluate the process of change in the thinking of teachers as a result of an intervention program based on an action research workshop. The research design is based on a multiple case study (two teachers and their classes, although in this document reflects only the data for only one) whose study is conducted on the classroom practice of both. This is done using a selective methodology that consists of a pretest (a teaching unit of baseline), an intervention period based on an action research workshop and a posttest (an experimental teaching unit). The results indicate a clear trend: the case study seems to have a greater perception of having given autonomy to their students after the intervention in the seminar, believes that student learning should occupy a more important role. His score has decreased in size and activism, heteronomy and technology, which means that places less emphasis on student activity, the dominant role of the teacher, the time commitment and fun engine as a major element in assessing the success of their classes.
