Zusammenfassung

Los jóvenes tutelados se encuentran sobrerrepresentados en la población de menores infractores. Algunos autores consideran que la entrada en el sistema de protección es un factor de riesgo para desarrollar conducta delictiva, mientras que otros afirman que ambos grupos solamente comparten factores de riesgo. El objetivo de este trabajo es comparar los perfiles de los jóvenes tutelados en función de si han tenido o no medidas judiciales. La muestra está compuesta por 281 jóvenes en acogimiento residencial, de los que 35 (12.4%) eran menores infractores. Se analizaron los expedientes y los resultados señalan que los jóvenes tutelados infractores entraban con más edad en el sistema de protección, ejercían violencia contra sus padres, que no podían controlarlos, y manifestaban problemas de consumo y de adaptación escolar. Estos resultados se comentan en relación a la literatura existente.
