Abstract
Today few people doubt that the University has to be an important actor in the Development Cooperation. Currently he collaborates both in the development of joint strategies and actions of the higher education centers and in the dissemination actions of the different works carried out in the universities in matters of Cooperation. It also contributes to the improvement of the relationship with other agents of cooperation in order to promote networking, which is fundamental in international educational cooperation projects. In this communication we will show how university cooperation for development from teaching, research, innovation and management is not only possible but necessary. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) cover all branches of knowledge and we must be able to influence them.
