Abstract

The following article addresses the position of the Court of Justice of the European Union regarding of articles 24.1 and 7.1 of the Regulation (EU)1215/2012, in case of changes in designated use to a property subject to co-ownership arbitrarily by her owner, in accordance with the judgment issued in case C-433 / 19.
