Abstract
The present research deals with the patrimonial responsibility of the Administration due to the inoculation of the AIDS virus to patients through transfusions when anti AIDS tests were not developed. Likewise, a jurisprudencial study is made on the case and the measures taken by the government in order to face the issue and the consequences of the modification of the regime of patrimonial responsibility of the public Administrations.
