Résumé

El objetivo de este trabajo es ofrecer una base dedatos de imágenes de referencia en el campo de laoftalmología, diseñada específicamente para elestudio del glaucoma. Una de las tareas másimportantes en este campo de investigación eslocalizar, detectar y segmentar adecuadamente lacabeza del nervio óptico (CNO). En consecuencia, sehan propuesto muchos métodos de segmentación dela CNO en la literatura. El problema presente enestos momentos es que no hay un método estándar deevaluación de resultados para todos estos métodos.En este trabajo se proporcionan imágenes deretinografías de ojos sanos y con glaucoma endistintas fases de desarrollo junto con lassegmentaciones precisas de la CNO de cada caso, yse propone un procedimiento de evaluación de lasmismas para permitir la evaluación y comparaciónde resultados de los métodos automáticos diseñadospara la detección del glaucoma.
