Abstract
Working time in teleworking has special characteristics for reasons of duration and legal regulation, flexibility, computation, recording, connection and disconnection. In addition, it becomes one of its most important psychosocial risk factors. This study analyses the legal regulation and the current and potential intervention of collective bargaining that frame the provision of working time in teleworking, as well as the precautions to be taken into account, especially for the purposes of conventional regulation from the point of view of occupational health.
