Resumen

n [G] Granja proved a factorization theorem for power series in twovariables which generalized the Merle theorem [M] on polar curves. Ouraim is to reprove his result without resorting to Hamburger-Noetherexpansions and Ap ́ery sequences. We base our proof on the methoddeveloped by us in [GB-P l].
