Abstract

Cinema and the media do not have much presence in the subjects of school education. However, there are many publications about the use of movies as a teaching resource. This article assumes that background to delve into it and to describe their specific utility for teaching History of Art at school. Cinema is a media very present in today’s society, so it is proposed as a really beneficial methodological resource for teaching and learning.
