Resum
This research analyses the Directive 2014/41/CE and its transposition to our order through the Law 3/2018, of June 11, which modifies the Law 23/2014, of November 20, of mutual recognition of criminal resolutions in the European Union, focusing mainly in the recognition and execution procedure. In this recognition and execution procedure, the analyses of the grounds of refusal and the effect they produce in the principle of mutual recognition is of particular interest.
