Resumo
In this paper, a jurisprudential analysis of union action and participation in the company is carried out through the study of the classical doctrine of the Constitutional Court and the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, with a selection of the most relevant subjects: legal position of trade unions in terms of union representativeness, institutional participation and union activity in the company, as well as European social dialogue
