Abstract
Tokenization is the legal act through which the holder of a certain right or good existing in physical or legal reality expresses his will that from that moment the good or right will be represented by a token, in such a way that the transmission or disposition of the token implies the transmission or disposition of the right or underlying good through it represented. The purpose of the present work is to study the legal implications of the protocol that presents itself as a tokenization service of an underlying lease relationship.
