Resum
The Nursing care to the individual, family and community seems to be an unanswerable fact. But in our professional work the reality shows a lack of education in the family care. We point out the necessity of formation of the postgraduate nurse this formation should be start at the Nursing School with the graduate students. This paper presents an experience done by nursing students. After having consulted the literature about different registration forms to asses the family the objetive was that they could identify which form was the most helpful in order to get the relevant information needed to diagnose potencial conflicts or problems into the family.
