Abstract

This paper shows a temporal analisis ´ of precipitation in Cayo Coco, Jardines del Rey, important turistic pole in north of Cuba, for thirty, ten and five days intervals, with utilization of data bases obtained at meteorological station No. 78339 based of the CIEC to determine as accurately as possible the less and more rainy periods as well as the more significant periods and events, which are used in hotel infraestructure projects and hidraulic engineering works and the planning of recreational activities. The analysis is supported by traditional stadistics tools of tendencies and deviations which make possible the accomplishment of our goal.
