Resumen

ourist of inland. Island Processes Magazine is presented as a continuous research project on the notion of the island. The fundamental idea is to address issues related to the idea of insularity from different points of view; This concept is defined dually as a metaphorical space and as a physical place proper to the definition of an island as a geological accident. Thus, rethinking the island –the islands– from different approaches and methodologies becomes a corpus of reflection whose objective is to construct the territory in symbolic terms, and transcend the limits between the subjects to understand it organically. This means working collaboratively, both by contrast and empathy, bringing new drifts of thought and making unlikely connections. That is, the union of different methodologies lead to the creation of knowledge as an artistic research tool
