Résumé

We describe our surgical technique for the treatment of congenital lens subluxation. It involves making several mini-capsulorhexis with the diathermic cystitome close to the lens equator, in the area of maximum zonular dialysis; these will allow us to fixate and center the lens with iris hooks introduced through the limbus and fixated to it. With this maneuver we obtain more stability, we perform a well-centered capsulorhexis, and we avoid the progression of the zonular disinsertion during the aspiration of the lens contents, allowing us the introduction of the capsular tension ring and the intraocular lens in the capsular bag.
