Abstract

Case report: We report the case of a 66-year-old man with an IB-stage idiopathic macular hole. We also present our results after treatment of gas-assisted posterior vitreous detachment. Discussion: Gas-assisted posterior vitreous detachment can be considered as an effective and secure treatment because the pathogenic cause is solved.
