Abstract

Congenital aniridia is rare disease. It frequently presents associated with others ocular malformations. The iris is essential to the development of the vision. The absence of iris diaphragmatic function produces low vision and photophobia. Morcher lens represents a therapeutic option to patients affected by congenital aniridia. This intraocular lens has an optic and aesthetic purpose and can improve the quality of vision
