Abstract
This paper consists of an analysis of different terms related with Statistical Inference, and how these terms appear in Secondary School textbooks. Our aim consists of categorizing these terms according to their meaning, following the meaning in daily life and mathematical contexts. We compare these definitions with those used in textbooks, and we realised that these definitions are not always the same.
