Abstract

This article presents Corpus Digital de las Islas Canarias (CORDICan) project. It wants to offer a digital edition of a variety of manuscript records from Canary Islands archives. The chronology of the projects covers the late Middle Ages and the Modern Age. In this paper a general presentation of the corpus is made, and also the analytical possibilities offered by the case study of documentation related to wedding dowries are shown.
