Zusammenfassung
This papers analuses the position of children and adolescents who are minors in mediation process resulting from a family crisis and reflects on different issues that the mediator must take into account when guaranteeing their rights. In this sense, it emphasises the need for specific training and specific skills in orden to mediate when this sector of the population is involved.
