BA in Design from the University of La Laguna (2019) and MA in Digital Marketing and Advertising from the Antonio de Nebrija University (2021). PhD in Arts and Humanities from the University of La Laguna (2025) with a thesis entitled Design for the Visual Identity of Tourist Destinations: A Tool for Evaluation. She is currently a researcher and teaching trainee (FPI contract) in the Department of Fine Arts at the University of La Laguna, with funding from the Government of the Canary Islands, the Canary Islands Agency for Research, Innovation and Information Society (ACIISI) and the European Social Fund. She belongs to the Research and Innovation in Design Group. Her research is framed in graphic design, visual communication, and branding, and she incorporates a gender perspective in her studies. She has published several scientific articles in journals such as Ardin, Art, Design and Engineering, EME, Experimental Illustration, Art & Design, and I+Diseño, among others, in which she analyses the relationship between design, visual perception, identity, and communication. Her professional career began in London, where she worked as a designer on communication and branding projects for startups and international companies. This experience enriched her vision of design applied to brand creation.
