Abstract

This paper presents the results and reflections obtained in a collaborative research work carried out in a Secondary School, in order to improve students¿ decision-making processes when completing their schooling and the training of teachers with tutorial responsibilities.This work relies on the premise that in order to change the tutorial processes it is crucial to involve the participating teachers in the design of the action¿s proposals.The lack of conditions to develop the collaborative research plan required the creation of strategies which would foster the self-confidence and autonomy of the group work when putting together proposals adapted to their students¿ needs. These collaborative efforts strengthened the analysis and the decisionmaking process of students
