Diversity refers person’s identification which each one is like is and not as we would like were. Her identity. This recognition is what from the human dignity it that’s reason, speaking the diversity is speaking of identity. Identity is that we permit to distinguish us of them. To be who are. Each identity’s aspect we put us in a human group. The language which we speak, things which we eat, our hobbies, our physical or psychical characteristics, or the history which we identify, are some aspects of this identity.
