Resumo

An important dimension of quality postdegree programs in higher education is the quality of the outcomes achieved by graduates. In the current research study, the outcome under investigation is the development of competencies in Master graduates of «Educating in Diversity». Empirical measures for the competencies are defined by reference to the expanded generic European Foundation for Quality Management model (E.F.Q.M.). The aim of the study was to examine the extent to which the development of diversity competencies in graduates predicted their perceptions of the overall quality of their postdegree «Educating in Diversity»; and fitness for purpose of their postdegree for entry into the workplace. The evaluation model estimates the stakeholders� assessment of the quality of their Master «Educating in Diversity».
