Abstract
This work proposes a proposal of Personal Autonomous Learning Environment 2.0 (PALE 2.0) that will help students Degree in Business Administration and Management in their learning process. To achieve the objective, a sample of 312 students enrolled in the subjects «Business Administration», «Fiscal System. Direct Taxation», «Information Systems Direction» and «Business Research». Data are collected through a questionnaire where Web 2.0 applications are presented and analyzed using the Rasch Model. The results show that APLE 2.0 is mainly integrated by applications that help to organize, create and edit content, access information and share information and knowledge. In addition, highlight gender differences when building online learning environments.
