Resumen

At the end of the 18th century two best illustrated momentum personalities who have known Islands match in Tenerife: Bishop Tavira and a very young Bernardo Cólogan. If the first is abundant news on its reform programme (not only religious), the second, we had only brief references to your local work in the Puerto de la Cruz. The Cologan “Elogio” dedicated to Bishop allows you to check that illustrated the religious agenda is one of the main drivers (perhaps inspiration) for political and trader from Irish origin. This communication seeks to uncover these joints within the Canarian illustration.
