Abstract

The evaluation into the nursing process must turn out to be a constant to guarantee the service of quality cares. The systematic review of the phases of assessment, diagnosis, planning and implementation foment the critical judgment (reason) of nurses going taken care towards the excellence and improving the satisfaction on the users. This means, attending to the standardized languages, that we must check frequently the PFS and the NANDA, NOC and NIC labels valuing the adequacy for every case. On the other hand, there is a problem of fiability and scientific validity with the NOC indicators to evaluate the labels. A valid alternative are the questionnaires, tests, indexes and / or scales adapted to our country and that complements the assessment.
