Abstract

Nursing diagnoses reflects the needs of cares of the persons attended by the above mentioned professionals. The precision in the diagnosis is necessary to reflect in a best possible way these needs and to programme in consequence a good care plan. Several useful tools exist to improve the consensus and to increase the diagnostic success: the clinical meetings between nurses, the AREA model for the priorization of problems and the algorithms turn out to be indispensable to increase the possibilities of doing a correct diagnosis. One presents in this article an algorithm of help to the nursing diagnosis in Primary Health Care. The tool includes 68 NANDA diagnostic labels inside the physiological - functional dimension and grouped according to domains and classes of the Taxonomy II.
