Abstract
The phase of implementation of the care plan is that one in which the planned actions are executed to solve the problems that the patient presents. The NIC classification is a catalogue of interventions created to standarize the language of denomination of the nurses actions. This article details the phase of planning, the NIC classification and explains how them are found in the health computarized history. Finally, it is explained the concept of cares supplier who is the person that executes the actions.
