Zusammenfassung

En este artículo se analiza la representación de mujeres y hombres en la publicidad de los periódicos españoles. Para ello realizamos análisis de contenido de 855 anuncios encontrados en 24 ejemplares de uno de los diarios nacionales de mayor tirada. Encontramos una representación muy desigual de mujeres y hombres, tanto lo que en la representación numérica se refiere, que era inferior en el caso de las mujeres, como en los roles y productos con los que se les asociaba, diferencias que se corresponden con los estereotipos de género.
