Abstract

This article reviews the main lines of research in educational games and the evolution of technologies and design methodologies that make these interactive systems more natural, immersive and social. So, we present the design and develop-ment of an educational videogame based collaborative engine RPG �Neverwinter Nights� and its use in different educational contexts: a) at the university and b) in secondary education
