Resumo

El comportamiento empresarial forma parte del comportamiento humano y las acciones humanas son, fundamentalmente, la consecuencia de factores cognitivos y motivacionales, es decir, de los conocimientos, de las habilidades y de los deseos. En este trabajo se analiza cómo las motivaciones del empresario afectan al comportamiento de las microempresas tratando, en primer lugar, la asociación de los tipos de motivaciones con rasgos de la personalidad y, en segundo lugar, cómo afectan las motivaciones al comportamiento innovador de los microempresarios.
