Abstract

This paper is intended to analyze the labor reform undertaken in Act 3/2012 in the field of public sector contained in its second, third and eighth additional provisions, which provide that the collective redundancies will be made in accordance with arts. 51 and 52, c) Workers' Statute (WS) and other development regulations, significantly modified by the reform act itself, the ban on applying the art. 47 WS on working hours temporary reductions or suspensions of contract for the same reasons to the workers in this sector, and the establishment of specialties in commercial and senior management contracts of the state public sector.
