Cambio de cultura y ‘coaching’ en un hotel

This paper analyses a change process in a hotel in Tenerife (Canary Islands) that experienced in 2007 a very difficult economic, organizational and labour situation. However, a long-term coaching program enabled getting better and succesfully organizational outcomes. The purpose of this paper is to highligt relevant factors of this successful process. A qualitative and quantitative research methods were developed in order to analysis the change process and current culture organizatinal.
