Resumen
En este artículo se describe el Taller RPAula, una estrategia de desarrollo profesional cuyo objetivo es proveer a los docentes de matemática de herramientas y experiencias que les permitan desarrollar en sus estudiantes la habilidad de resolver problemas. Es un taller de baja intensidad, persistente en el tiempo y que considera al docente como resolutor de problemas, su experiencia resolviendo problemas, la interacción monitor-docente como modelo de la interacción docente-estudiante, la planificación, implementación y análisis de Actividades de Resolución de Problemas en Aula (ARPA), el intercambio de experiencias e ideas entre pares y la construcción de problemas. Además se presentan los resultados del análisis de una experiencia piloto realizada en 2014, bajo un enfoque descriptivo exploratorio.
