Resumen
This paper aims to be an attempt to go deeper in Christopher Marlowe’s technique as a writer through the study of his use of the classical mythology in Edward II, one of his best considered plays, and this analysis reveals, among other facts, that myth is a resource which is chosen and used in accordance with the specificities of the play and with the objectives the author tried to reach with it.
