Increasingly there are more students with disabilities at the university classrooms. In these situations, teachers must assume the challenge of planning and designing strategies that gives answers of what and how to teach and being accessible to all students. In this article, we present an experience of a blind girl in the classroom of Art Education. Pictures are our language and we need to forget this apparent contradiction between pictures and blindness in order to understand that the relationship between art creation and blind people is also possible. An experience gives access to her world of mental representations and it makes possible to create new art works. Pictures becomes a bridge of communication between those who can and cannot see.
