We focus on the correct use of Spanish in the media of newspapers. In particular, we focus on the printed where we have analyzed several issues that will detail more precisely. We emphasize in our work the need for the texts we read daily in newspapers are written with clarity and cohesion between its parts, so that the message reaches the reader in the most understandable way. The reason for this understanding between the editor and who reads your column, item, or event, is merely the end of the message itself, all within the knowledge society which has been calling for Europe to each of its citizens. We perform a study in which we used three times statistics, mainly divided into four sections. In the first block of our Doctoral Thesis we distributed a survey of ten questions to a group of journalists for their views, their wants and their needs when composing a message. We collected all the data and offered the average of responses using statistical and methodological means. In the second part, we conducted two studies, in this case analyzing the quality of style manuals major Spanish newspapers on the one hand, and on the other, teachers projects Spanish subjects taught in Spanish schools Information Sciences and Communication. Finally, we detail a brief study the influence of the political language of the journalistic language, due to its direct and daily relationship. With all this, we repeat, we wanted to highlight the need exists that the texts with which we learn every day are written clearly and concisely.
