Abstract
The effective and universal application of tourist marketing values, techniques and programs has been new in Spain. Marketing has been improved by the tourist institutions and by the firms during the last ten years. Crisis, globalization and technological advances have recently promoted the marketing use. But many challenges must be applied by tourist firms and institutions. These challenges are about marketing philosophy, techniques, organization and planes. They are approached in this article.
