The study sample consisted intentionally by the following sectors: public and private universities in which were considered academic authorities, teachers and students, the labor sector public and private, students of terms and graduates of the career of administration and other professionals. The total number of people surveyed were 239, using as an instrument for obtaining information 3 questionnaires, directed at different sectors considered in the sample, in addition to an interview, which was applied to 23 professionals from different levels and varied companies that have experience in monitoring and interaction with business administrators. We see in these results the expectations of the sector of labor did not agree with the perceptions expressed by university professors and students, which clearly indicates that the Dominican universities are not guaranteeing the profile that is expected by the labor sector.
