Résumé
Uniform and smooth thin layers of perovskite have been produced under ambient conditions and at different humidity levels. Their optical properties, general morphology, chemical composition, abundance and submicroscopic appearance have been analyzed. Spectral ellipsometry, X-ray crystallography and Scanning Electron Microscope imaging techniques have been used to analyze samples under different relative humidity values. In the deposition process via spin coating, a variation in the air flow within the process chamber can be achieved through changing the applied clean dry air pressure. This modifies the evaporation rate of the solvents present in the deposition process and, therefore, it could be used as a tool for adjusting the evaporation rate to the existing humidity levels. The obtained results suggest that the efficiency of chlorobenzene as anti-solvent critically depends upon the water:DMF ratio existing in the precursor solution which, in turn, depends on these humidity levels.
