Resumo

Our article explain the basis for the creation of the Cátedra Life Cycles and Elder People al well as the main work lines for the first year of work and the constitution of the multidisciplinary team. We also explain the link with the AIUTA from France tol et know our work and make close cooperation ways of working. We also inform of Project Ínsula to promote senior tourism only in small islands of the world. We analyze a short study of some other Cátedras using the concept of Metatheory. Finally our conclusion about the inclusion of gender visibility, the violence prevention and the empowerment of women.
