Abstract

Despite many achievements in Health Education (HE), there are nowadays many elements and situations which prevent us from offering an adequate response at school level. The treatment and approach as regards Health Education is influenced among other factors by the teachers’ limited training and the lack of attribution of competences related to school health. The deficiencies which have been detected in this research reveal a lack of the teacher’s professional qualification. This fact allows us to reveal the need to respond to school emergencies and to improve the teacher’s training and competences in the field of HE.
