Resumen

Industrial grade nitrocellulose and different kinds of collodion recipes have been produced in order to find a suitable perovskite-friendly ink. In this line, we fabricated a collodion complex with graphite (as the conductive powder) and using both Chlorobenzene and Toluene (as the solvents). The obtained collodion-based ink (or c-ink) was tested for depositing contacts over a glass substrate via screen printing. These contacts showed a high adhesion to the glass substrate with an average volume resistivity () of 0.061 Ω•cm after a curing process of 24 hours at room temperature. In order to evaluate whether the c-ink could be used to produce back contacts for perovskite solar cells, it was hand-spread over thin layers of perovskite, resulting in their degradation. This questions the usefulness of collodion as a stand-alone binder agent for producing perovskite-friendly inks. It is still pending to evaluate its use together with perovskite-friendly binders, such as epoxy resins.
