Resumen
A systematic work has been performed in order to evaluate the effects of the moist on the deposition stages of Methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3 or MAPbI3) layers in ambient conditions, at a relative humidity (RH) range between 30 and up to 80%, considering also two types of solvents during the solution preparation ones: dimethylformamide (DMF) and a mixture of dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with a 9:1 volume ratio. After the deposition steps, uniform and smooth mirror-like perovskite layers were obtained. Subsequently, their optical properties and chemical composition were analyzed using spectral ellipsometry and X-ray crystallography techniques. The obtained results indicated that the use the two aforementioned solvents led to almost negligible differences in the deposited layers, with slight advantage in the use of DMF over DMF:DMSO 9:1 volume rate at a HR between 30 and 55%, and in the use of DMF:DMSO 9:1 volume rate over DMF at a HR higher than 60%.
